- Born in Dayton, Oh., Saleem Muhammad is the youngest child of James & Rugayyah. His immediate likeability belies his sharp wit and surprisingly refreshing brand of comedy. He has been the opening act for “The Temptations”, “Boyz II Men”, and Vanessa Williams. He has also appeared with comedy legends including Joan Rivers, Ray Romano, George Carlin, and Jay Leno.
