The Klu Klux Klan was founded as a Democrat proxy group. Many black Americans served in the U.S. Goverment in the 1800′s and beyond as part of the “Radical Republican” party. In 1912 the ‘Progressive’ Democrat, President Woodrow Wilson instituted racial segregation into the Federal Government. Many blacks were subsequently pushed out of the Federal Government.

More on Woodrow Wilson:
Thomas Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856February 3, 1924) was the 28th President of the United States and a devout Democrat. Wilson was a Presbyterian and ‘intellectual elite’ of ‘Progressive’ idea and policies, he served as President of Princeton University from 1902 to 1910, where he denied entrance to black Americans. Wilson was elected President as a Democrat in 1912. Early in his first term, he instituted racial segregation in the federal government. Wilson worked with a Democratic Majority Congress to pass major ‘progressive’ legislation that included the Federal Trade Commission, the Clayton Antitrust Act, the Federal Farm Loan Act, America’s first-ever federal ‘progressive’ income tax in the Revenue Act of 1913 and most notably the Federal Reserve Act. It was the Federal Reserve Act that privatized much of The Federal Reserve and some say took oversight of the monetary system of The United States away from the people.

The new Democrats represent Institutionalized Racism. The strategies of Saul Alinksy and Cloward-Priven enacted through pawns like Willie Lynch have degraded and demoralized the black community.

Drake – Headlines Lyrics

[Verse 1]
I might be too strung out on compliments
Overdosed on confidence
Started not to give a f-ck and stop fearing the consequence
Drinking every night because we drink to my accomplishments
Faded way too long I’m floating in and out of consciousness
And they sayin’ I’m back, I’d agree with that
I just take my time with all this shit, I still believe in that
I had someone tell me I fell off, ohh I needed that
And they wanna see me pick back up, well where’d I leave it at
I know I exaggerated things, now I got it like that
Tuck my napkin in my shirt, cause I’m just mobbin’ like that
You know good and well that you don’t want a problem like that
You gone make someone around me catch a body like that
No don’t do it, please don’t do it, cause one of us goes in
And we all go through it
And Drizzy got the money, so Drizzy gone pay it
Those my brothers

[Chorus]
I ain’t even gotta say it
That’s just something they know
They know, they know, they know
They know, they know, they know
They know, they know, they know
Yeah, they know yeah
That the real is on the rise
F-ck them other guys
I even gave them a chance to decide
Now its something they know
They know, they know, they know

Yeah I be yelling out money over everything, money on my mind.
Then she wanna ask when it got so empty
Tell her I apologize it happened over time

[Verse 2]
She says they missed the old drake, girl don’t tempt me
If they don’t get it, they’ll be over you
That new shit that you got is overdue
You better do what you suppose to do
I’m like why I gotta be all that but still I can’t deny the fact that it’s true
Listen to you expressing all them feelings
Soap opera rappers all these niggas sound like all my children
And that’s who you thinking is ’bout to come and make a killing
I guess it really is just me, myself and all my millions.
You know that they aint even got it like that.
You gon’ hype me up and make me catch a body like that
Cause I live for this it isn’t just a hobby like that.
When they get my shit and play it

[Chorus]
I ain’t even gotta say it
They know, they know, they know
They know, they know, they know
They know, they know, they know
Yeah they know yeah
That the real is on the rise
F-ck them other guys
I even gave them a chance to decide
Now its something they know
They know, they know, they know

I be yelling out money over everything, money on my mind (mind, mind)
Tell em’ I apologize it happened over time (time, time, time)

Louder, louder, louder, louder, louder, louder
louder, louder, Yeah
[Repeat]

Yeah, it’s for the People

[Verse 1]
This is street ra-dio, for unsung heroes
Ridin in they regal, tryin to stay legal
My daughter found Nemo, I found the new primo
Yeah you know how we do, we do it for the people
And the struggles of the brothas and the folks
With lovers under dope, experiment to discover hopes
Scuffle for notes, the rougher I wrote, times were harder
Went from rocky starter to a voice of a martyr
Why white folks focus on dogs and yoga
While people on the low end tryin to ball and get over
Lyrics are like liquor for the fallen soldiers
From the bounce to the ounce, its all our culture
Everyday we hustlin, tryna get them custom rims

Do you want a diet to lower cholesterol? We all know that butter, ice cream, and fatty meats raise cholesterol, but do you know which foods make up a low-cholesterol diet? Find out here.

Here’s some good news. To lower your cholesterol, you can actually eat more of certain foods. A handful of some “functional foods” have been shown to make a big impact on your cholesterol levels. They’re also much tastier than a pill chased with a glass of water.

“These foods may not be magic, but they’re close to it,” says Ruth Frechman, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

Researchers have found that some foods — such as fatty fish, walnuts, oatmeal, and oat bran, and foods fortified with plant sterols or stanols — can help control your cholesterol. Some studies have shown that a diet combining these “superfoods” may work as well as some cholesterol-lowering medicines to reduce your “bad” LDL cholesterol levels.

How strong is the evidence? The FDA has reviewed the research on each of these foods, and given them the status of a “health claim” for managing cholesterol.

This is great news for the 105 million adults in the U.S. with high cholesterol. Making good food choices is an easy way of improving your health. It also puts less strain on your pocketbook. A trip to the grocery store is bound to be cheaper than a trip to the pharmacy. Also, many people can’t handle the side effects from cholesterol drugs. Focusing on diet gives us all a new option.

Begin Your Personalized Cholesterol Health Assessment

Getting Started on a Low-Cholesterol Diet

Managing high cholesterol isn’t a simple do-it-yourself project. You need to work with your health care provider. And while changing your diet may help a lot, many people still need drugs to reduce their risk of heart disease.

Also, remember that these foods aren’t cure-alls. A handful of walnuts or a bowl of oatmeal won’t make you invincible. It won’t give you a free pass to eat all the high-fat foods you want. To benefit, you still must eat low-fat foods, watch your weight, and get more exercise.

“Eating a healthy diet is not just about eating a few special foods,” says Suzanne Farrell, MS, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association. “There’s a bigger picture. You need to practice moderation, eat a variety of foods, and get enough physical activity.”

born May 19, 1925, Omaha, Nebraska, U.S.—died February 21, 1965, New York, New York) African American leader and prominent figure in the Nation of Islam, who articulated concepts of race pride and black nationalism in the early 1960s. After his assassination, the widespread distribution of his life story— The Autobiography of Malcolm X (1965)—made him an ideological hero, especially among black youth.

Early years and conversion

Born in Nebraska, while an infant Malcolm moved with his family to Lansing, Mich. When Malcolm was six years old, his father, the Rev. Earl Little, a Baptist minister and former supporter of the early black nationalist leader Marcus Garvey, died after being hit by a streetcar, quite possibly the victim of murder by whites. The surviving family was so poor that Malcolm’s mother, Louise Little, resorted to cooking dandelion greens from the street to feed her children. After she was committed to an insane asylum in 1939, Malcolm and his siblings were sent to foster homes or to live with family members.

Malcolm attended school in Lansing, Mich., but dropped out in the eighth grade when one of his teachers told him that he should become a carpenter instead of a lawyer. As a rebellious youngster Malcolm moved from the Michigan State Detention Home, a juvenile home in Mason, Mich., to the Roxbury section of Boston to live with an older half sister from his father’s first marriage. There he became involved in petty criminal activities in his teenage years. Known as “Detroit Red” for the reddish tinge in his hair, he developed into a street hustler, drug dealer, and leader of a gang of thieves in Roxbury and Harlem (in New York City).

While in prison for robbery from 1946 to 1952, he underwent a conversion that eventually led him to join the Nation of Islam, an African American movement that combined elements of Islam with black nationalism. His decision to join the Nation also was influenced by discussions with his brother Reginald, who had become a member in Detroit and who was incarcerated with Malcolm in the Norfolk Prison Colony in Massachusetts in 1948. Malcolm quit smoking and gambling and refused to eat pork in keeping with the Nation’s dietary restrictions. In order to educate himself, he spent long hours reading books in the prison library, even memorizing a dictionary. He also sharpened his forensic skills by participating in debate classes. Following Nation tradition, he replaced his surname, “Little,” with an “X,” a custom among Nation of Islam followers who considered their family names to have originated with white slaveholders.

Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam

After his release from prison Malcolm helped to lead the Nation of Islam during the period of its greatest growth and influence. He met Elijah Muhammad in Chicago in 1952 and then began organizing temples for the Nation in New York, Philadelphia, and Boston and in cities in the South. He founded the Nation’s newspaper, Muhammad Speaks, which he printed in the basement of his home, and initiated the practice of requiring every male member of the Nation to sell an assigned number of newspapers on the street as a recruiting and fund-raising technique. He also articulated the Nation’s racial doctrines on the inherent evil of whites and the natural superiority of blacks.

Malcolm rose rapidly to become the minister of Boston Temple No. 11, which he founded; he was later rewarded with the post of minister of Temple No. 7 in Harlem, the largest and most prestigious temple in the Nation after the Chicago headquarters. Recognizing his talent and ability, Elijah Muhammad, who had a special affection for Malcolm, named him the National Representative of the Nation of Islam, second in rank to Muhammad himself. Under Malcolm’s lieutenancy, the Nation claimed a membership of 500,000. The actual number of members fluctuated, however, and the influence of the organization, refracted through the public persona of Malcolm X, always greatly exceeded its size.

An articulate public speaker, a charismatic personality, and an indefatigable organizer, Malcolm X expressed the pent-up anger, frustration, and bitterness of African Americans during the major phase of the civil rights movement from 1955 to 1965. He preached on the streets of Harlem and spoke at major universities such as Harvard University and the University of Oxford. His keen intellect, incisive wit, and ardent radicalism made him a formidable critic of American society. He also criticized the mainstream civil rights movement, challenging Martin Luther King, Jr.‘s central notions of integration and nonviolence. Malcolm argued that more was at stake than the civil right to sit in a restaurant or even to vote—the most important issues were black identity, integrity, and independence. In contrast to King’s strategy of nonviolence, civil disobedience, and redemptive suffering, Malcolm urged his followers to defend themselves “by any means necessary.” His biting critique of the “so-called Negro” provided the intellectual foundations for the Black Power and black consciousness movements in the United States in the late 1960s and ’70s ( black nationalism). Through the influence of the Nation of Islam, Malcolm X helped to change the terms used to refer to African Americans from “Negro” and “coloured” to “black” and “Afro-American.”

Final years

In 1963 there were deep tensions between Malcolm and Eiljah Muhammad over the political direction of the Nation. Malcolm urged that the Nation become more active in the widespread civil rights protests instead of just being a critic on the sidelines. Muhammad’s violations of the moral code of the Nation further worsened his relations with Malcolm, who was devastated when he learned that Muhammad had fathered children by six of his personal secretaries, two of whom filed paternity suits and made the issue public. Malcolm brought additional bad publicity to the Nation when he declared publicly that Pres. John F. Kennedy‘s assassination was an example of “chickens coming home to roost”—a violent society suffering the consequences of violence. In response to the outrage this statement provoked, Elijah Muhammad ordered Malcolm to observe a 90-day period of silence, and the break between the two leaders became permanent.

Malcolm left the Nation in March 1964 and in the next month founded Muslim Mosque, Inc. During his pilgrimage to Mecca that same year, he experienced a second conversion and embraced Sunni Islam, adopting the Muslim name el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz. Renouncing the separatist beliefs of the Nation, he claimed that the solution to racial problems in the United States lay in orthodox Islam. On the second of two visits to Africa in 1964, he addressed the Organization of African Unity (known as the African Union since 2002), an intergovernmental group established to promote African unity, international cooperation, and economic development. In 1965 he founded the Organization of Afro-American Unity as a secular vehicle to internationalize the plight of black Americans and to make common cause with the people of the developing world—to move from civil rights to human rights.

The growing hostility between Malcolm and the Nation led to death threats and open violence against him. On Feb. 21, 1965, Malcolm was assassinated while delivering a lecture at the Audubon Ballroom in Harlem; three members of the Nation of Islam were convicted of the murder. He was survived by his wife, Betty Shabazz, whom he married in 1958, and six daughters. His martyrdom, ideas, and speeches contributed to the development of black nationalist ideology and the Black Power movement and helped to popularize the values of autonomy and independence among African Americans in the 1960s and ’70s.

Well lemme introduce you to the new talk
Let’s get straight to it, c’mon!

La ilaha illa Allah, ha la ili, hay yo
Hili b’Allah, hey, hili bay yo
We getting Arab money
We getting Arab money

Hala sheiki, ha lini falla
Mili ha lan shi inni mala
We getting Arab money
We getting Arab money

Now there ain’t no way that you can kill a beast dead
I got Middle East women and Middle East bread
I got oil well money, in the desert playing golf
Go chase short stack sheiki with a Louis scarf

Chest cold diamonds make a nigga wanna cough
In Dubai 20 million on a villa loft
And then I step up in the club then these other niggas mad as shit
The way I make the people wanna sing the hook in Arabic

La ilaha illa Allah, ha la ili, hay yo
Hili b’Allah, hey, hili bay yo
We getting Arab money
We getting Arab money

Hala sheiki, ha lini falla
Mili ha lan shi inni mala
We getting Arab money
We getting Arab money

Sick, big ass, knock-kneed, camel toe, Gucci
Pretty women walk around while security on camel-back
[ From: http://www.elyrics.net/read/b/busta-rhymes-lyrics/arab-money-lyrics.html ]
Club on fire now, niggas don’t know how to act

Sitting in casinos while I’m gambling with Arafat
Money long, watch me purchase pieces of the Almanac
Y’all already know I got the streets bust
While I make ya bow down and make salaat like a Muslim

La ilaha illa Allah, ha la ili, hay yo
Hili b’Allah, hey, hili bay yo
We getting Arab money
We getting Arab money

Hala sheiki, ha lini falla
Mili ha lan shi inni mala
We getting Arab money
We getting Arab money

See now I take trips to Baghdad, dummy wow
Use a stack of chips to count Arab money now
I don’t need to get fresh, about to grow a beard dude
So much cake even the money look weird too

Domestic bread and a broad
I’m tryna eat like Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal Al-Saud
Who might respect the value of my worth
In Maui, Malaysia, Iran and Iraq, Saudi Arabia!

New-York based Marina Franklin is emerging as one of the hottest comedians in the comedy scene today, with such notable appearances as, Craig Ferguson’s Late Late Show, The Jay Leno Show, Awkward Comedy Show, Chapelle’s Show, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, NBC’s Last Comic Standing Season II, VH1’s Black to the Future, Comedy Central’s Premium Blend and Showtime at The Apollo.

She is a favorite in Comedy Festivals across the world, like Melbourne Comedy Festival, Scotland’s Glasgow Comedy Festival, BBC’s World Stand’s Up, Rotterdam’s Comedy Factory, Montreal’s Just For Laughs, Ireland’s Kilkenny Comedy Festival, and Nashville’s Bonnaroo Music Festival. Franklin’s career in entertainment wasn’t always in stand-up comedy; originally from Chicago, she made her acting debut at the Illinois Rep Theatre. She then quickly realized her love for acting and went on to pursue a MFA in acting at Syracuse University. Franklin is viciously likeable, if there is such a thing.

Yeah
Oh oh oh oh oh oh

I can’t explain what’s got into me
My sanity is in the passenger seat
I let her drive me she is my guide
We’re flying reckless tonight

[Bridge:]
Direct me to the floor
And turn it up some more
Imma get it on on on on!
Direct me to the floor
And turn it up some more
Imma get it on on on on!

[Chorus:]
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh ah ah!
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
London to Jamaica,
L.A. to Africa
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!

I think her eyes are hypnotizing me
Something about her turns me into a wild beast
I mesmerized, down for the ride
We’re flying reckless tonight

[Bridge:]
Direct me to the floor
And turn it up some more
Imma get it on on on on ah ah!
Direct me to the floor
And turn it up some more
Imma get it on on on on!

[Chorus:]
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh ah ah!
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
London to Jamaica,
L.A. to Africa
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!

[Dev verses:]
Well that’s kind of funny
I-i was just thinking
How you make me oh-oh-oh
We’re flying over buildings
Sitting under palm trees
drinking bubble gum drinks
We’re counting all our monies
Dancing in ice rinks
Buying icies (it’s nothing)
We’re loving
We’re worthy of this
Look where I come from
Now this world our kingdom!

[Chorus:]
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!

London to Jamaica,
L.A. to Africa
She makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
Makes me wanna
Oh oh oh oh oh oh!
